🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your new furniture from Luxe House to Home. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:


âś… Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return items within 14 days of delivery or collection, as long as they are:

  • Unused

  • Still flat-packed

  • In their original packaging

We can’t accept returns for items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery or collection.


đźšš How do I return an item?

  • Home deliveries: Contact us and we’ll arrange a courier collection. Please note, collection fees may apply unless the item is faulty.

  • Store collections: Items must be returned directly to our Glasgow store.


⚠️ What if my item is damaged or faulty?

Please check your furniture as soon as it arrives. If there’s any problem, let us know within 48 hours so we can sort it quickly.

  • We can send replacement parts, a replacement product, or arrange a refund.

  • We may ask for a quick photo of the damage to help process your claim faster.


đź’ł How do refunds work?

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days once we’ve received and checked the item.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty.


🚫 Items we can’t take back

  • Assembled or used products

  • Clearance or sale items marked “non-returnable”

  • Products not in their original flat-packed packaging
