At Luxe House to Home, we want to make receiving your furniture as easy as possible. Here’s how our delivery and collection works:

£15 delivery fee within Glasgow postcodes (G1–G82) for items we have in stock locally.
You can also choose our assembly service for £30, which can be selected at checkout.

Delivered flat-packed by a professional 2-man team, to a room of your choice.
Please note: delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.

Delivery Charges:

UK Mainland: Free Delivery
Scottish Surcharge Areas (PA1–19, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW): £30 per order.⚠️ Please note: If your postcode falls in one of these areas, we will contact you after checkout to confirm the surcharge or offer free Click & Collect from our Glasgow store.
Highlands / Remote Postcodes (PA20+ and some others): Extra charges and longer delivery times may apply — we’ll confirm before processing your order
Offshore Isles & Ireland: Unfortunately, we cannot deliver here at the moment

Live in a Scottish surcharge area? You can choose to have your order delivered to our Glasgow store free of charge and collect it from us.
All collection orders are supplied flat-packed.
We’ll notify you by email or phone when your order is ready.

Collection Instructions:

Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID (driving licence, passport, or bank card in your name).
If someone else is collecting for you, let us know in advance. They’ll need your order confirmation and their own photo ID.
Please collect your order within 14 days of notification. After that, storage fees may apply.

Glasgow local stock: usually within a few days.
Online-only products: normally within 7 working days, subject to supplier stock.
You’ll receive a text and email with a booking link to choose your delivery day (Monday–Friday).
