📑 Terms of Service

Welcome to Luxe House to Home. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Most products are supplied flat-packed for safe delivery and handling.
Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in finish or packaging may occur.

Orders are accepted once payment is received in full through our website.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT at 20%.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if products are unavailable or listed incorrectly.

Glasgow Local Delivery (in-store stock): £15 per order. Optional assembly service available for £30.
UK Mainland (supplier direct): £25 per order.
Scottish Surcharge Areas (PA1–19, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW): £30 per order.
Highlands & Remote Postcodes (PA20+ and some others): Additional charges and longer delivery times may apply — confirmed before order is processed.
Store Collection (Glasgow): Free for customers in surcharge areas who prefer to collect.
Deliveries are handled by a 2-man team to a room of choice. This does not include unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery or collection.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days once items are received and inspected.
Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable unless items are faulty.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection.

We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, supplier stock shortages).
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, or modifications.
